A termination fee may be billed if the transaction terminates AFTER the option period

• Frontend organization for your listing from ordering signs, MLS input and status compliance, listing agreement & addendum review, scheduling photos, communication with sellers per your direction, etc

• Property Showings and providing access to a listing for Agent's clients or vendors (inspectors, appraisals, contractors)
•  **Pricing within 25 miles for the first hour,   $35 for each additional hour as needed

• Uploading documents to company transaction software and ensuring broker compliance for listing and transaction
